Scammers know that most of us are buying our household items online nowadays. Many of these transactions happen on Amazon or similar, and use Paypal to pay for them. Scammers also  know that the public can tend to freak out when we get emails claiming our information has been compromised, or that we need to update our billing information to keep it safe!

First, it’s important to know that NONE of these actual businesses would send out an email saying any of that. This is a common scam tactic (fear) and any email you get (even if it says it’s from Amazon) that asks for you to login to confirm ANYTHING, should be deleted and ignored!
