Well, yes and no.  Social Media as a term covers a LOT of territory, and can mean a zillion differnet things to different people. Malware spammers are sending out emails looking like they are UPS or USPS or Fedex, claiming packages couldn’t be delivered for various reasons, with links to PDF or DOC documents. Please delete these emails immediately. These companies do NOT attach documents to emails, or have links in emails to documents. If your browser or email program tells you that the link you clicked is about to open one of these, please cancel the process and delete the emails. Spammers love the holiday season because they prey on everyone’s holiday shipping needs. Be smart with your clicking folks – be safe!
