I’m getting ransomware emails!
September 7, 2019What’s this Mobilegeddon thing I’ve been hearing about?
September 7, 2019If your emails are constantly being sent to recipient’s spam folders, it could be the result of many external links and/or images in the Signature line of your emails!
Having images or a bunch of links to outside resources is a common practice among spammers and malware sites, and so many email programs and providers like Outlook or Gmail have filters built into them. When these filters see more of these elements, it assigns that email a higher “spam score”, and might result in your email getting sent to the spam folder!
If you have a bunch of images and/or links in your email (especially in the signature), then you may want to think about removing those, or at least reducing them. Having a lower spam score is a good thing! Want to know more? Hit us up!
